Intimate In-person iPhone Photography Workshop
An intimate creative session set in the gardens of Heide
Join me for a slow, intentional photography workshop held within the serene surrounds of the Heide gardens where art, light, and nature meet.
This in-person, small-group session is designed to help you see differently. Whether you're documenting family moments, building content for your creative business, or simply wanting to take more beautiful photos of the everyday. This workshop will show you how to create with what you already have: your iPhone.
Over two hours, you'll learn:
How to frame a photo with feeling – the art of composition made simple
Which settings to adjust (and which to ignore) for effortless clarity
How to use natural light to your advantage — no gear needed
Editing tips to make your photos look like soft, grainy film using VSCO and Tezza
Each guest will receive a beautifully designed cheat sheet with my favourite editing formulas and composition prompts — so you can keep creating long after the day ends.
This is not just a photography class. It’s a way of returning to the present, of finding beauty in overlooked moments.
Let the gardens hold us as we learn to see — softly, creatively, and with intention.
Limited to 10 people to keep things personal and connected.
No experience needed. Just bring your iPhone and a curious eye.
Date: Sunday 27th July
Time: 10am - 12pm
Location: Heide Museum of Modern Art Gardens, Bulleen VIC
Duration: 2 hours
Spots: Limited to 10 people
Price: $250 AUD per person
FAQ:
What do I need to bring?
Just your iPhone (or similar smartphone), something to sit on (a jacket or blanket), and a full battery.
Do I need any photography experience?
None at all. This workshop is about seeing creatively, not perfection.
Can I bring my baby/child?
You’re welcome to! As a working mum I understand that sometimes the babies or kids need to come. Just let me know.
